We try to be as accurate with our product descriptions and sizing guides as possible but if you do recieve your items and they aren’t what you expected or don’t fit quite right, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase for all online purchases. Simply pop the items back into the post, unworn, with all tags attached and your receipt the the address on the payment invoice.
For all instore purchases – we do not offer money-back returns on any items bought in store but do offer an exchange or credit note if items are brougt back unworn with all lables and the reciept. this instore policy has no time limit and if can’t find an aternative item at the time of return and you decide to take a credit note, this also has no time limit for use and can be used in part or for full payment of other items instore.
