When are you open?

We are open 7 days a week:  Monday – Friday 10.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday 10am – 5.30pm and Sunday 11am – 4.30pm, some exceptions for public and bank holidays. Call us in store if you’re planning a visit or you can shop online 24/7.

How do your Sizes fit?

We stock different reproduction brands which fit slightly differently, take a look at our size guide for measurements.


It’s easy, follow these steps to buy your new clothes… 
If you know what style you are looking for, you can use our ‘search’ option at the top of the homepage. If you are browsing, you can see our whole collection by clicking on the department you require.
Once you have found your chosen item, select your size and colour then click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button underneath each item. 
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top of the page. You can use the ‘REMOVE FROM BASKET’ link to delete items from your shopping bag.
Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order.  Enter your payment method then voilà.  All you have to do now is sit pretty and wait for your lovely bundle of delight to arrive!

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can shop with us without creating an account.  If you do hold an account with us, this means quicker shopping!  
To create an account, simply click on ‘Register’ to fill in your details. 

What payment methods do you take?

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and debit cards and that payment will be debited from your account at the time that your order is placed by Paypal. We also take payments from Paypal.

Is it safe to use my card details online? 

We use Paypal to ensure that your card details are securely protected, so fret not your information is in safe hands. 

My Favourite Styles Aren’t In Stock, When Will They Be Back In Stock?

Unfortunately, from time to time certain styles in certain sizes will appear out of stock, this is due to the popular demand of our products. We always endeavour to have enough stock to satisfy the needs of our consumers but occasionally this isn’t possible. We do regularly replenish stock so please check back from time to time. Our staff are always on hand in store and available Monday – Friday 10.30am – 5pm. Just call the shop on 01904 630407 and we will strive to find your style or suggest an alternative.

I’ve seen an item in store but I can’t find it online

Our online store is relatively new and so we will be increasing the amount of items available online each week. Some items we stock may only be availabele in store, including the true vintage clothing and accessories and some lines will be Online Exclusives so keep an eye on our website and social media pages to keep up to date.  

We stock a wide selection of both mens and womens items plus lots of accessories and gifts so if you have seen anything instore that isn’t currrently available online, please do call the shop and we can always arrange sales over the telephone.

I’ve received my items but they aren’t right, how do I return them?

We try to be as accurate with our product descriptions and sizing guides as possible but if you do recieve your items and they aren’t what you expected or don’t fit quite right, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase for all online purchases. Simply pop the items back into the post, unwarn, with all tags attached and your receipt the the address on the payment invoice.

For all instore purchases – we do not offer money-back returns on any items bought in store but do offer an exchange or credit note if items are brougt back unworn with all lables and the reciept. this instore policy has no time limit and if can’t find an aternative item at the time of return and you decide to take a credit note, this also has no time limit for use and can be used in part or for full payment of other items instore.
